DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS

Since 2010, Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique has provided support to a considerable number of developmental projects which focus on the maritime sector and the region and seek to benefit the blue economy.

In addition to supporting innovative projects, PMBA sees an important role in being involved in projects that target the development of particular sectors in the region. To date, support has been provided for two main types of developmental project: 

  • The establishment of new entities, such as France Energies Marine and Ouest Valorisation, which seek to support innovation in specific areas. 
  • Regional projects that aim to consolidate the development of a particular sector.
